I love that the floral notes are just lightly present from lavender in this tea blend. Valerian brings a woodsy/earthy taste to the minty citrus of lemon balm and catnip so, you get a wide variety of herbal notes in this tea. And of course, one of my current favorite herbs in tea...oat straw. It gives a smooth and malty finish that rounds this blend out nicely. There's not a ton of heavy flavor, but it's still a very nice herbal tea and perfect for your bedtime sip.
