Brew-Ha Witchy Black Tea...I really got a kick out of the name of this blend. My niece, Gaby, frequently called me "Bruja" when she was younger. Bruja in spanish means witch...and I love all things witchy!
This is a pretty dang good tea. Nothing super fancy; just a black tea blend with a really nice apple-cinnamon flavor. I didn't notice much of a rose flavor from rose petals, but I'm ok with that since I don't love florals so much.
I did both hot and cold with this blend. I did like the hot brew, but I think I would enjoy it more in the Fall. Don't get me wrong...it tastes great, but I always associate apple and cinnamon with Fall and Winter so that's just a "me" thing.
The cold brew was REALLY good. I steeped it in the fridge overnight to make a concentrate so that I could make a pitcher for the weekend. The apples and cinnamon gave it a really good flavor but not so much that it
overpowered the tea flavors. And, we know good tea flavor here in Texas. I used a little agave to sweeten and enjoyed SEVERAL glasses.
