Y'all...you know ceylon is my favorite black tea. No exception to the rule here!
I usually like to brew my ceylon with loose tea, but I must say I'm impressed with the flavor and freshness of this bagged tea from Hendrick's Tea House. I love that I can toss a few in my bag so that I can enjoy a cuppa ceylon on the go or at the office.
I had my hot cuppa with a little agave and almond milk...my favorite way to enjoy ceylon, and it was just perfect.
For my iced tea, I steeped 4 bags for a quart and mixed it up just like I make my standard southern iced tea. I gotta tell ya: if you've never brewed ceylon as an iced tea, you're missing out on an amazing brew. So perfect for these hot Texas summer days! And, REALLY good as a milk tea!
