I have loved this tea since the very first time I tried it. I enjoy ginger in so many tea blends and I often add some kind of ginger tea to other flavors for an extra "kick".
This tea is a perfect "in-between" tea. It's not too bold and it's not too weak. It is the perfect "in-between" balance and can easily be sipped all day (as long as you're not sensitive to caffeine). I am growing more sensitive to caffeine, recently, so I usually save this one for lunch time to get me through the rest of the day.
The peach aroma is evident as soon as you drop the bag into the hot water. It's a fresh, juicy peach fragrance that isn't interrupted by other notes that some peach blends have. The flavor of the black tea blended with peach is perfection after about 5 minutes of steeping. The ginger is not too powerful (which I like); it just leaves that tingly-spicy-earthy taste and sensation behind to make it's presence known.
I love this tea hot and I've had it just as-is or with a squeeze of agave for a little sweetness. This tea is also amazing over ice on a hot day. Who doesn't love peach in the summertime?
I also love the round tea bags with no staples, strings, or tags. And of course, their fancy tins that they package their tea bags in....those are fun to collect.
