Just kidding, I'm still here. But, really....this tea had me so relaxed, I nearly fell asleep typing my notes!
So many great ingredients in this tea to relax you, chill your mood, and get you ready for a restful sleep. St. John's Wort is known to ease anxiety and support a happy mood and valerian....we all know valerian is the mother of all herbs for sleep. This is really a perfect bedtime tea.
This blend is super earthy and slightly bitter, which I don't mind at all. I love the flavor, but if you're not into more savory herbal teas, this might not be for you. It also has a slight minty note and is naturally sweetened with stevia leaf. I usually don't care for stevia, but there's enough of the other flavors that it really masks the aftertaste that stevia normally has.
This is definitely one that I will probably put in my tumbler that I carry up to bed with me. I love to sip my tea while I'm reading in bed, but I'm betting I won't be awake very long after drinking this one!
